Course Overview:
This course is mainly designed for Project Management Professionals who wish to learn how to plan and control projects in an established Project Control environment with or without Resources & Roles and Managing Multiple Projects. It is a hands-on training on MS Project 2016 solution. Participants will gain hands-on experience building a new schedule, updating / monitoring the schedule, and generating reports. Participants also gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling.
Purpose of this course
The purpose of this course is to provide a method for planning, scheduling and controlling projects using MS Project 2016 within an established Project Management database or a blank database up to an intermediate level.
